Adhesive for plastic models Technicqll 20 ml R-130
Technicqll Adhesive for plastic models 20 ml R-130 is a liquid solvent-based glue formulated for bonding polystyrene and other commonly used modelling plastics. Packaged in a 20 ml bottle with a fine applicator, this adhesive is designed for accurate joining of small parts, seams and trims on scale models, miniatures, aircraft, vehicles and dioramas. The low-viscosity formula wets mating surfaces to create strong joints by softening and fusing plastic at the contact area.
The low-viscosity solvent provides precise application and capillary flow into tight gaps without excessive buildup. Its formulation creates welded joints rather than simple surface adhesion, resulting in durable connections suitable for assembly and repair. The small 20 ml format with fine applicator allows controlled dosing for delicate modelling work and reduces waste. The product is compatible with a wide range of standard modelling plastics used in scale kits.
Ensure contact surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease or dust. Apply a small amount of adhesive along the joint or to one mating surface using the fine applicator; capillary action will draw the solvent into the gap. Hold parts in position until the initial set occurs; full strength is achieved after the solvent has evaporated and the plastic has fused. For larger gaps, apply cautiously and allow extra drying time. Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhalation of vapours.
For best results on scale models, test the adhesive on scrap plastic to confirm compatibility and drying behaviour. Use minimal amounts to avoid surface damage and to simplify final sanding and painting. Store the bottle capped and upright in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
