Rubber Adhesive Technicqll R-310 20 ml — contact glue for rubber repairs
Technicqll R-310 is a 20 ml contact adhesive formulated for rubber repairs and bonding of flexible rubber parts. Supplied in a compact tube for controlled application, this glue is intended for small repairs such as sealing tears, joining rubber-to-rubber joints and patching worn areas on seals, hoses and protective boots. The product is designed to form a flexible, durable bond that withstands the movement and deformation typical of rubber components.
Technicqll R-310 provides rapid tack and good initial grab, enabling quick repositioning and assembly of rubber parts before the bond sets. Its low-viscosity formulation allows precise application from a small tube, reducing waste on detailed repair work. The cured adhesive retains elasticity to follow substrate movement and resists common environmental factors encountered in everyday use of rubber parts.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and drying thoroughly; remove dirt, oils and loose material for best adhesion. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both mating rubber surfaces and allow a short flash-off time according to ambient conditions until tacky but not wet. Press the parts together firmly, ensuring correct alignment, and hold or clamp as needed until the initial bond is established. Allow full cure time before subjecting the repaired item to mechanical stress or fluids.
For optimal results, test the adhesive on a small non-visible area of the rubber to confirm compatibility. Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid contact with skin and eyes. Store the tube capped and upright at room temperature; keep away from open flames and heat sources.
