Adhesive for soft PVC Technicqll R-334 20 ml (C2-R334)
Technicqll R-334 adhesive for soft PVC is supplied in a 20 ml tube and formulated for bonding flexible PVC materials. The solvent-based formula is intended for precision repairs and small assemblies where adhesion to soft vinyl, PVC trims, profiles and inflatable components is required. The compact tube and narrow applicator allow controlled application along edges and in narrow joints without excess waste.
This adhesive provides strong, flexible bonds on soft PVC and similar vinyl materials while remaining easy to apply in small amounts thanks to its 20 ml tube and fine tip. The solvent formulation promotes rapid surface wetting and good initial tack on flexible substrates. Its design for narrow joints reduces squeeze-out and helps achieve neat repairs and assemblies of trim, profiles and inflatable items.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and degreasing; remove dust, loose particles and any contaminants that may prevent adhesion. For best results, test adhesion on a small hidden area before full application. Apply a thin, even bead of adhesive to one of the mating surfaces using the tube's narrow tip. Press the parts together and align promptly; keep steady pressure for initial tack. Allow sufficient time for the solvent to evaporate and for the bond to develop full strength according to ambient temperature and ventilation conditions. Avoid excessive adhesive application to prevent seepage onto visible surfaces.
Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid inhalation of solvent vapors. Protect hands and eyes with suitable gloves and eye protection. Store the tube capped and upright in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and open flames. Not suitable for rigid PVC, polyethylene or polypropylene unless a primer or specialist adhesive is used. Keep out of reach of children.
