Technicqll C2-X935 is a two-part adhesive kit formulated for reliable bonding of low-surface-energy plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The kit includes an 8 ml bottle of liquid adhesive and an 8 g activator designed to treat and join surfaces that are normally difficult to bond with standard glues. Supplied on a blister card and available on order, this kit is intended for repair, assembly and bonding tasks where a strong plastic-to-plastic connection is required.

How to use

Prepare surfaces by cleaning and degreasing to remove oils, dust and contaminants. Apply the activator to the bonding area according to the manufacturer’s instructions and allow it to react for the recommended short dwell time. Dispense the liquid adhesive onto one surface, assemble the parts aligning them accurately, and hold or clamp until handling strength is achieved. Allow final cure under recommended ambient conditions before subjecting the bond to load or stress.
