19" server cabinet TOTEN G6.6242.9801 42U 600x1200 mm, glass front door, perforated rear door, 800 kg load
19" cabinet TOTEN System G, 42U, 600x1200 with a tempered glass front door and perforated rear door, designed for server and network equipment. The cabinet is manufactured with laser-cut, hydraulic-punched and robot-welded parts for high dimensional accuracy; all sharp edges are rounded and the assembly follows ISO 9001 quality procedures. The unit includes adjustable 19" mounting columns made from a patented zinc alloy, a roof prepared for a modular fan system, and step-wise openable cable entries at the base.
The cabinet offers a combination of robust construction and service-friendly features: accurately manufactured steel panels with powder coating, tempered glass front door in a ventilated steel frame, and a perforated rear door providing high airflow. Mounting columns are corrosion-resistant and adjustable in 25 mm increments with clear unit markings and integrated cable routing holes. The base provides large-capacity cable glands and separate openings for power cables, while included feet, wheels and basic mounting hardware allow fast installation.
This cabinet has protection class IP20, so it is not intended for dusty, wet or outdoor environments without additional protection. If you need higher ingress protection, seismic mounting, or specialised vibration isolation, this model may not meet those requirements.
Position the cabinet on a flat, level surface and install the supplied feet or wheels according to the mounting instructions. Fit equipment into the 19" mounting columns using the provided cage nuts and screws; columns can be adjusted forwards or backwards in 25 mm increments to accommodate different mounting depths. Route network and power cabling through the step-wise openable cable glands at the base and the pre-punched cable holes in the columns. Use the prepared roof area to install the modular fan units if additional cooling is required. Lock side panels and doors after installation to secure the equipment.
Install the cabinet in a temperature-controlled indoor environment, distribute heavy equipment evenly across U positions, and use the integrated cable glands and column routing holes for organised cabling to maintain airflow through the perforated rear door and glass-fronted ventilation frame.
