Optical SFP+ Module MaxLink ML-S+2733-10 WDM Tx 1270nm Rx 1330nm 10G
MaxLink ML-S+2733-10 is a 10G SFP+ optical transceiver module that implements WDM bidirectional transmission with a 1270 nm transmit wavelength and a 1330 nm receive wavelength. The compact, hot-pluggable SFP+ form factor is intended for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and similar high-speed fiber links. The module supports single-lambda bidirectional operation that enables fiber-efficiency in duplex or single-fiber WDM deployments, suitable for data center interconnects, enterprise backbone segments and metro aggregation links.
The MaxLink ML-S+2733-10 provides 10G optical connectivity in a standard SFP+ package, enabling easy insertion into compatible networking equipment without powering down systems. By using WDM with separate transmit and receive wavelengths (1270 nm Tx, 1330 nm Rx) the module reduces fiber count for point-to-point links where bidirectional single-fiber operation is required. Its compact size and industry-standard electrical and optical interfaces facilitate interoperability with SFP+-capable switches, routers and media converters.
Install the ML-S+2733-10 into any compatible SFP+ port on a switch, router or media converter while the device is powered on if the host supports hot-plugging. Connect the optical fiber according to the deployment: for single-fiber WDM use appropriate bidirectional patching and, if required, WDM couplers; for duplex links use standard duplex patching. Ensure the remote module uses the complementary wavelength pairing (1270 nm Rx / 1330 nm Tx) so that transmit and receive wavelengths align. Confirm link status with the host device LEDs or management interface and verify optical power and signal diagnostics where available.
Use this module with compatible SFP+ ports and validated fiber cabling. Match wavelength pairings at both ends of the link and follow optical loss budget calculations for your fiber span. Avoid exposing the optical connectors to contaminants; keep protective caps on unused ports and clean connectors before mating. If the host supports digital diagnostics, monitor temperature and optical power to ensure stable operation.
